Pizza in the Skye presents their take on the Vegan Pizza using only Vegan ingredients, no substitutes, alternatives or faux ingredients just fresh, crispy vegetables on a rich tomato sauce and a 24hr proved dough.
Most vegetables are cooked entirely on the pizza with the exception of the mushrooms as they need to be gently cooked over a period of time steeping in their own juices, then drained and allowed to cool before being used in the same way as the fresh, crunchy bell peppers and crisp Jalapenos which add a little zest to the sweet taste of the tomato sauce and earthy, forest flavour of the mushroom. Other vegetables are available from the menu but be wary of getting lost in too many flavors, remember to keep it simple and keep it Pizza in the Skye.
